A great source of rare Punk movies / documentaries has to be The Mediatheque at the BFI Southbank. It describes itself as '...a digital jukebox featuring many of the best, the rarest and the most extraordinary titles from the BFI National Archive'. The titles are watched via one of the 14 viewing stations, and you simply select the title you want to see and then watch it. The Punk selection is fantastic, including 'Captain Zipp's Home Movies' (1978 - Fantastic footage of punks on the Kings Road 1978 - 1981), 'Shellshock Rock' (1979 - about Punk in Northern Ireland), 'Rock Goes to College - The Stranglers' (1978) plus the LWT Punk Special (1977), the Sex Pistols Christmas Day show in Huddersfield, a Poly Styrene Special, a South Bank Show Special on Vivienne Westwood plus much more - a thoroughly recommended place to visit!
