[glow=red,2,300][/glow] Any one still around that remebers meeting up at the top of the hight street every weekend or for those that did not work every day by w.h.smiths and the green.I used to hang around with two brothers from canvey Jim and Shaun jim was really tall with blonde hair shaun was shorter with dark hair I was some where in between with dark spikey hair nearly always dressed in black.We used to go to all the places top alex railway tavern crocs scamps pink tooth brush we used to live all over the place but eventually we all ended up in SATANITA ROAD.Marc Trimmer and his girlfriend claire if i remember were witnesses at my wedding with Jim and Shaun as my best men.I married a girl named TERE from Hullbridge who had Extensions in her blonde hair.My name is Tim I now live in york with Tere and our son of 11 years Joe. any one remember any of us . ;D ;D ;D

I can remember Shaun & Jim- the two gothic brothers! (I didn't know them very well.) Can't remember seeing them about much after 1983-1984 or thereabouts...
I moved to Finchley Road (Westcliff) in 1985 and I could see Satanita Road from the window of my bedsit. I think that was after the time you're talking about though...

Jim and shaun moved back to canvey around 86-87 i think but i lost contact with them before that as I got married in 84 and sort of just faded away moved to london had afew pubs all over the city then did one to blackpool then moved to york around 90 still here still married still remember the good times and the bad ones it would be good to hear from any one that was around in those days,we used to go to the top alex a lot on thursday and the pub on the other side of the railway lines to the railway tavern can not remember it name now but we had our wedding reception upstairs there. stay lucky

The cliff eh if i remember correctly we played our firt gig as the prey ( puppets prey in those days) upstairs at the Cliff...... at the end of the gig there was an accident on the bridge, every one including the bar staff streamed out to rubber neck, whilst we helped our selves to a few hard earned drinks.

The Cliff that was it never could remember its name used to be frequented by a host of strange people from all sorts of walks of life.I still remember on my wedding night at the reception after wards Shaun coming in with what he thought was a good wedding present A Gate , he ahd taken it of the hinges down the road from the pub right out of some ones front garden he got very upset when i told him to take it back he refused and took it home that night to the house we all lived in in satanita road.

Ha, yeah- lots of the garden gates round here are like that- you can just lift them off!
I went to a party down Cranley Road in about 1985 and all these kids went off on a mission and ended up filling the hallway of the house up with loads and loads of garden gates! The Police turned up and made them go out and put them all back... But they can't possibly have put the right ones back in the right places...
